A not-so-secret to great health I want to share
As a Holistic Health Coach, I am happy to share one way to self-care, and that's sleep, sleep, and more sleep! Rest is such a significant part of a healthy lifestyle for our bodies, and often we let it fall by the wayside chasing after our busy lives. If you are honest with yourself, when was the last night you had an excellent rest? When we sleep, our bodies have a chance to restore, rebuild, and reconnect. It’s also an opportunity for your mind to relax. Know that the road to your own personal vibrant health can be enjoyable when you are fully rested, and that’s incredibly exciting!
